The country of Panama is located in Central America, just east of Costa Rica. Weather

Panama, unlike its neighbors is not directly impacted by hurricans or major earthquakes. Additionally, Panama has several different climates ranging from the cool highlands to warm beautiful beaches in the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean, plus the tropical rainforest. Temperature is tipically warm in the lowlands throughout the year with highs of 90 degrees and lows og 72 degrees. Mountain temperatures are much cooler and precipitation is normally heavier on the Caribbean side of the country with much lower amounts of precipitation on the Pacific Coast, where Playa Blanca is located.
