About Us

The idea behind D&G Properties was first conceived when I as a foreign investor initially decided to invest in Panama's ever-growing real estate market. It was then that I as an investor and customer realized that the service that I was receiving from the so called top notch real estate companies was not on par with the service that I a former real estate businessman in the United States was accustomed to providing.

My vision became a reality when I formed a partnership with one of the leading professionals in industry, the real estate broker who had also assisted me in investments here in Panama his professional and ethical demeanor and his extensive knowledge in the local market made it possible, and together with the legal wisdom and strength of our third partner we founded D&G.

D&G Properties mission is simple: as a real estate investment company we aim to provide you, the investor with the type of service that you expect. At D&G Properties, we strive to offer our clients first rate service at all times, whether you are first time buyer/seller or a seasoned real restate investor. As an exclusive client with D&G your promotional package will include listings in our web page, exposure on our strategically placed promotional banners, as well as additional exposure which will be provided in a wide array of the city's top rated weekly/monthly circulating magazines. As an exclusive client you will also be provided with a bi-weekly report on all activity concerning your property. These services are provided at zero cost to our exclusive clients.

At D&G we house a large and varied inventory. Currently, we have listings of over 100 different residential projects as well as ample office and commercial listings, all offered at different price levels, many of them at pre-construction prices. We feature property listings within the city as well as outside of the city in numerous mountain/seaside communities.
